Hardware & Backups
E*ValueTM is deployed with complete hardware system redundancies limiting downtime due to hardware failure. Data is backed up continuously and is stored off-site daily.
Network & Facilities
Our Tier-One Data Center guarantees 24/7 Internet access with redundant Internet connections and power backup systems. The hosting service uses proven firewalls to provide full access control between our network and the Internet - restricting unwanted access. A climate-controlled, fire resistant secured locker is utilized to further safeguard our servers.
Security
Advanced Informatics has implemented 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the same as online banks, to meet the transmission security needs. In addition, Advanced Informatics maintains its own firewall and utilizes outside vendor penetration tests to assure only authorized access to secured information. We welcome onsite security audits if you require this for your organization.
Application Service Provider (ASP) Model
Advanced Informatics wholly maintains your data on its secure servers, provides software maintenance and upgrades, and provides all software-related support — saving your program money and limiting your dependence on one or two individuals.
PDA Options
Optional Palm & PPC applications allow users to collect data on their PDA, and synchronize it back to the web interface for full reporting. PDA applications are included at no additional charge as part of the E*ValueTM Suite of products. Please check with us about specific models.
