Dentistry Solution Overview
As the leading web and PDA-based healthcare education solution, E*ValueTM brings dental education programs the most comprehensive, user-friendly and customizable solution available.
Schools of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene programs and Dental Assistant programs use E*ValueTM to support program evaluation and improvement efforts, maintain accreditation and reduce time spent on daily administrative tasks. All students, residents, educators and administrative staff will have a unique login and password allowing for a unique view of the system based on the role of the user.
As part of our standard support service, program coordinators and administrators receive ongoing training and technical support from our team of Client Service Consultants.
Core E*ValueTM components include:
Performance Evaluations & Surveys
With traditional paper-based systems, performance assessment can be extremely time-consuming and problematic. E*ValueTM automates evaluation notifications, reminders and data compilation to make student, faculty, alumni, activity and site evaluations easy.
Dental programs using E*ValueTM can import existing assessment forms, use our form free samples, or create their own using the Evaluations Builder tool. If you want help, we’ll convert your existing paper evaluations to web format for you as part of our standard support service. Optimization Scheduling
E*ValueTM Optimization Schedule is an optional add-on component to the E*ValueTM suite that takes lottery or randomization scheduling to the next level.
Unlike general education course scheduling, the rotation scheduling of healthcare education settings is complicated by numerous off-site locations, various time frames and experiences. With E*ValueTM, your program can define the parameters of an activity (location, time, maximum number of students), gather the needs and preferences of the students and faculty and assign the most ideal activities for each. Optimization Scheduling will eliminate the need to manually create schedules for clinical labs and rotating students.
Optimization Schedule Features:
- Programs and Schools Set Specific Parameters
- Educators Indicate Which Courses They Can Teach, and When
- Educators Define How Many Students They Can Teach
- Students Enter Preferences for Courses/Sites/Faculty
- “Wildcards” are Available for Broad Preferences
Optimization Schedule Benefits:
- Students & Faculty Receive Optimal Schedules
- Eliminate Geographically Dispersed Rotation Problems
- Reduce Time Spent Scheduling
Scheduling, Time Tracking & Attendance
E*ValueTM schedules and time logs help programs track clinical activities and generate detailed statistical reports in real-time. Track courses, rotations, group, lectures and lab attendance. Also link objectives, attach documents and monitor faculty CE credits. Use the E*ValueTM block and rotation schedule to track student and faculty whereabouts, and to automate the release of evaluations on dates of your choice.
Program Biographic Databases
Track important student, faculty and alumni biographical information with up to 250 customized fields. Generate Excel, Word or HTML reports from any of the biographical fields.
