How many programs use E*ValueTM?
E*ValueTM is used by over 4,000 programs in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Singapore, China, and Australia.
What special computer technology do you have to buy to run E*ValueTM?
Advanced Informatics is an Application Service Provider, which means that your program does not need to spend resources managing complex web servers, databases, or specialized workstations. All you need is a computer with Internet access and a standard web browser to use E*ValueTM.
How secure is E*ValueTM? What about sending data over the Internet?
E*ValueTM uses 128-bit encryption, server firewalls and password protection. Additionally, E*ValueTM restricts access to information based on each user's role so that sensitive data is only available to individuals with a true need to know.
E*ValueTM's advanced system architecture prevents unwanted access to your data while allowing you easy access. Advanced Informatics uses high-level encryption before transmitting ANY information over the Internet. The system is password protected and access to the outside world is limited by tight firewall security. Security is considered at all levels of the system.
How do I get my data out of the system?
Most program managers use the extensive on-line reporting capabilities of the E*ValueTM system to view their data. But, you can do many types of ad hoc reporting using your program's complete dataset provided to you every quarter. In addition, you can request additional copies of your complete data sent to you anytime.
Beyond functionality and service, what is the biggest difference between E*Value and other software solutions?
E*ValueTM is being selected as the system of choice for universities and colleges looking to streamline software across multiple healthcare disciplines. Do you do competency based evaluations? Are they customizable?
Evaluations are customizable by program. As a client, you have two options for creating a customized evaluation.
- Send us your evaluations and we will update them for you
- Update the changes yourself with our Evaluations Editor/Builder tool
E*ValueTM is set up to do 360 degree and competency based evaluations. Choose from over 1,500 sample evaluation forms or import your own forms. Additionally, E*ValueTM includes approximately 400 different types of evaluations such as:

- Instructor, Faculty & Staff Evaluations

Does it cost anything to change forms?
Typically, there are no additional costs to change evaluation forms. As a client, you can update your own forms using our Evaluations Editor/Builder tool or your client service consultant can make the changes for you.
How much does E*ValueTM cost?
Pricing is based on the total number of trainees in your program. If you are interested in a price quote, please provide the total number of residents or students in your program and the features you are interested in implementing.
